Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., a Time Warner company, creates and programs branded news, entertainment, animation and young adult media environments on television and other platforms for consumers around the world.

Turner Broadcasting's underwriting of the UNICEF Tap Project Volunteer Program will support the recruitment of Tap Project Campaign Coordinators in five key markets around the nation who will lead on-the-ground efforts for the UNICEF Tap Project in their local communities. The funds will also go towards the creation of a Volunteer Activation Kits, featuring tools to encourage the participation of restaurants, host local events to benefit the program and to enable Campaign Volunteers to garner local media coverage.

The monies will also support local training events in these key markets and the volunteer section of tapproject.org that will provide practical, user-friendly resources for Campaign Volunteers.
