I am so honored to represent the Philadelphia Restaurant Community in such a worthwhile project. I am hoping my fellow restaurateurs will show their support by participating in this desperately needed fundraiser from March 22 to March 28.
If we can save even one child’s life, our lives will be that much richer. All we need to do is ask our dining patrons to donate $1 or more for a glass of water that they can easily get for free—something that children in countries all over the world are not free to do.
